Club Membership Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.
Executive Committee Meetings are held prior to the Club Membership Meeting at 6:30 pm.
Club membership is capped at 300: 275 general member-ships plus 25 memberships reserved for family members.
Annual Club Membership Dues are to be paid by June 30.
Dues are $80.00 per year.
The NRA membership label from your NRA magazine must be mailed in with your membership dues to verify your NRA membership.
Make checks payable to the Durham Rod & Gun Club.
For NEW MEMBERSHIP - Please be sure to use the NEW Application Form, the back page of which shows annual dues of $80.00 and an initial one time fee of $20.00.
NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING IS ALLOWED ON CLUB PROPERTY
(except for scheduled events)
Trap and Skeet, both club members and the public: each Sunday, 9:30AM until finished.
Archery:
Fees are: $2.00 for members - $5.00 for non-members - Children 15 years of age and under are free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There are currently eighteen targets located throughout the Club grounds.
We are asking all members who have email and have not notified the club secretary to please do so. It would mean a huge savings to the club. Your email address will not go to anyone other than you, so it’s safe from unwanted mail. Send your address to: blary908@yahoo.com

If you want to trade hunting magazines, bring yours to the clubhouse.
Shotgun shooting is available on Sundays 9AM until done. Skeet, trap and 5 Stand. Open to Public. Number nine shot only.
Cross bows are to be used on practice butts only. They are not to be used on Styrofoam or 3D targets. No broadheads allowed on club property.
Members may fish the pond with barbed hooks and keep fish up to legal state limit.
Be sure to pick up cardboard, shells and shooting bench chairs to aid those performing grounds maintenance. Please put your brass into the appropriate containers. A member is collecting brass to donate to a youth shooting program.
DO NOT SHOOT UP ANY OF THE UPRIGHTS ON ANY OF THE RANGES
REPAIR ALL CROSSMEMBERS WHEN DAMAGED
No shotguns on rifle/pistol backstops. If you shoot and break any backer boards, pick up and place in the burn pile area. The debris is dangerous to those who are doing maintenance including snow removal/plowing.
Review all club safety and conduct rules posted both on the side of the cook shed and in the clubhouse. Each member is responsible for their and others safety and must abide by all club rules.
Club ball cap hats are available for purchase at each meeting.
